Dr. Timothy J. Giardino is being recognized by Continental Who’s Who as a Top Vice President in the field of Human Resources as the Vice President of HR at BMC Software.
Dr. Giardino serves as Vice President of Human Resources for BMC Software and oversees global Payroll, Real Estate, Security, Business Continuity, PMO, People Analytics, and HRIS teams.
With experience in the federal, state, and private sectors, his formal education includes a BSc, an MBA, and a Doctorate in Business Administration with a focus on small business survivability.
He is also a Senior Certified Professional in HR and holds several other certifications in Business Process Management, Instruction/Curriculum Development, Six Sigma, Project Management, and Workforce Planning and Analytics.
Memberships include the Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM), the International Public Management Association for Human Resources (IPMA-HR), and the National D.B.A. Society.
In his free time, Dr. Giardino enjoys combining his love of trying new foods with traveling while also spending time with friends and family.
