Donald Augustine Dove, is being recognized by Continental Who’s Who as a Pinnacle Lifetime Achiever in the field of Public Administration as a Retired Lecturer, Urban Planner, and Educator at The White House Conference on Aging.
The White House Conference on Aging is a conference that occurs once every ten years and sponsored by the Executive Office of the President of the United States which makes policy recommendations to the president and Congress regarding the aged. As an urban planner Donald Augustine Dove who develops and plans programs for use of the given land, planning and creating communities to accelerate growth and restore historic landmarks or facilities of the towns and cities located in metropolitan areas.
Mr. Dove is now retired with over fifty years of involvement in public administration with his Masters of Arts in Public Administration at the University of Southern California.
A published author, he has shared his knowledge in works titled “Preserving Urban Environment” and “Small Area Population Forecasts”.
