Dr. Lyle J. Rapacki has more than 25 years of experience in the field of intelligence services, as a Behavioral Analysis and Threat Assessment Specialist. The owner of Sentinel Intelligence Services, LLC, Dr. Rapacki receives, and then analyzes and disseminates critical intelligence and policy information from law enforcement, intelligence and governmental communities determining the credibility and seriousness of a potential threat, as well as the probability that a threat will become a reality. Lyle also began consulting with national ministries providing Protective Intelligence and Threat Assessment in 1986, as well as determining the behavioral tendencies of large crowds. Dr. Rapacki has conducted Crisis and Risk Assessment for churches including Active Shooter scenarios, as well as trained Crisis Response Teams, finding solutions to coordinate the appropriate protection for the venue in question.
A valued member of the Association of Threat Assessment Professionals, the American Society for Industrial Safety, the Association of former Intelligence Officers, the International Association Law Enforcement Intelligence Analysts, as well as a former member of FBI InfraGard. Dr. Rapacki has authored dozens of white papers, bulletins and briefings which have been read by elected, law enforcement and private-sector officials across the country. He authored the Amazon Booklet “Our Forefathers truly Appealed to Heaven” in 2019. He also writes a weekly commentary for the Prescott ENews which is then distributed nationally to approximately 28 platforms.
