Judith Shaul Norback, PhD

Judith Shaul Norback, Ph.D., is being recognized by Continental Who’s Who as a Pinnacle Lifetime Achiever in the field of Engineering as an Engineering Educator with the Educational Testing Service.

Dr. Judith Shaul Norback is the foremost engineering educator and communications specialist in the US for her expertise are communication, working with teams and collaborating with others. Walking away from Cornell University BA she proceeded on to Princeton University earning her Master of Arts and Ph.D. and stepping into a 30-year career in engineering education. She has been working in Educational Engineering Research Communications and Job Literacy with ETS since 1987.

Dr. Norback has made 68 presentations and written 40 publications including books, and awarded the Best Paper Award by the IE Division of the American Society for Engineering Education in 2003. She has also honored as Cornell University’s Senior of the Year by the Motorboard Honorary Society and an Albert Nelson Marquis Lifetime Achievement Award recipient.

You can find Dr. Norback affiliated with the American Psychological Association, the Mensa Association, the Princeton Graduate Alumni Association, the American Society for Engineering Education the Institute for Operations Research and the Management Sciences, in addition to the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers the Society of Professional Communication, the American Psychological Association, and the American Association for the Advancement of Science.

Dr. Judith Shaul Norback would like to dedicate her success to her son Robert Shaul Norback who works in the field of building apps for Silicon Valley startups and to her daughter-in-law, Theresa Tan who is starting her Psy.D.
