In recognition of academic success, Mr. Gaylord attained a Bachelor of Arts from Syracuse University before enrolling at Seton Hall School of Law where he earned a Juris Doctorate. An acclaimed attorney, he has been certified by the New Jersey Supreme Court as a workers’ compensation law attorney and is licensed to practice in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and Washington, D.C. Mr. Gaylord’s voice is highly respected amongst legal professionals. He serves as the president of the Mercer County Bar Association and a barrister member of the American Inns of Court Foundation for workers compensation in New Jersey. He is a distinguished member of several elite American Bar associations, including New Jersey State and Mercer County. He also serves as a member of the Association of American Justice, Council on Safety and Health, and Ewing Democratic Club.

A published author, Mr. Gaylord has shared his expertise on a variety of issues including workers’ compensation, social security disability, and Medicare issues. In his free time, he has volunteered for several of the more recent political campaigns and has been recognized as being an accomplished trumpet player.

In recognition of his professional accolades, Mr. Gaylord was named Young Lawyer of the Year for Mercer County in 2002 and received the Young Lawyer of the Year Service to the Bar award from the New Jersey State Bar Association in 2003.
