Establishing himself as a consummate attorney, Mr. Lane has been practicing law for almost four decades. He is devoted to his community and country, founding the firm under a pursuit to help others.

Furthering his merit as an attorney, Mr. Lane has been admitted to practice law in Texas Northern District Court, the U.S. Tax Court, Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals, U.S. Court of Appeals for the Armed Forces, and the U.S. Supreme Court. On top of these achievements, he is a member of the Texas Bar Association. Before his legal career, he served his country as a captain in the U.S. Army as a military JAGC officer.

Mr. Lane is an attorney and a pilot. The combination of the two has led him to offer legal assistance to other pilots who have been accused of not adhering to FAA rules and regulations. He encourages defendants to seek his help instead of giving up. On account of his knowledge and experience, he is a legal plan attorney for the Aircraft Owners and Pilots Association.

In preparation for his career, Mr. Lane earned a Bachelor of Arts from Texas Christian University in 1966. He then received a Bachelor of Law in 1986 and a Juris Doctorate from Baylor University in 1969.

Mr. Lane dedicates this recognition, with special thanks, to his wife Janet Lane, who he has been married to for twenty years, and their son Jacob.
