Daniel L. O’Steen is being recognized by Continental Who’s Who as a Pinnacle Professional as the Founder and CEO of Circle of Living Hope.
A state and federally recognized 501 (c) (3) non-profit organization, Circle of Living Hope is a child placing agency rendering home verifications, foster family location, and adoption services. Recognizing a need for child care services in his community, Mr. O’Steen founded the company in 2006. The organization works tirelessly to ensure that local youth have comfortable and secure housing and adequate support systems. Currently, Circle of Living Hope is focused on finding individuals and families interested in opening their homes to children and youth in foster care. In addition to child placement and adoption services, Circle of Living Hope offers after care, transitional services to foster children who are reaching the age of adulthood. These services include job training, college enrollment assistance, tutoring, and guidance.
As a highly experienced case manager, Mr. O’Steen possesses expertise in offering patient, loving, and understanding services to those he serves. Backed by sixteen years of professional experience, he has garnered recognition as a talented and relatable case worker. Under his guidance, the organization has grown to include six different locations throughout Texas.
Prior to opening Circle of Living Hope, Mr. O’Steen worked as a Drill Instructor at a Boot Camp. His disciplined nature and dedication to his community is unmatched, boasting numerous accolades and honors for his work within his community. Recognized as a local leader, he is commonly regarded as a major contributor in the fight against child displacement. His peers have noted his charisma and inspirational attitude as a driving factor of his success.
An academic scholar, Mr. O’Steen obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice and a Master of Arts in Counseling from Prairie View A&M University.
Mr. O’Steen would like to dedicate this recognition to his daughter Jazmine Simone and his mentor Chuck Oerter.
