Cynthia N. Colbert is being recognized by Continental Who’s Who as a Pinnacle Lifetime Achiever as President and CEO of Catholic Charities of the Archdiocese of Galveston-Houston.
Catholic Charities of the Archdiocese of Galveston-Houston is dedicated to providing services to those in need and the community they serve, promoting justice in social structures and encouraging others within the community to give back. As President and CEO, Mrs. Colbert possesses elite expertise in leadership, fundraising, organizational management, team building and strategic planning, data analysis and working with volunteers. Mrs. Colbert has over 19 years of experience in her field and has served the last seven years in her current position. Her dedication to her field is unmatched, focusing her professional life on building collaborations that improve human services for her clients.
Beginning her education at California State UniversitySacramento, Mrs. Colbert earned her Bachelor of Arts in Social Work. She earned her Master of Arts in Social Welfare, Planning and Administration at UC Berkley.
In recognition of her contributions to her field, Mrs. Colbert is the recipient of multiple accolades and honors. Most notably, she was recognized as Female CEO of the Year 2016, C-Suite Awards. Mrs. Colbert was also a Finalist in the Nonprofit Leadership Category; Women Who Mean Business. She was recognized in 2018 as one of Houston’s Most Influential Women.
Mrs. Colbert would like to dedicate this recognition to her Husband of 33 years, David Colbert.
