With over 59 years of experience in the field, Mr. Bahner is an expert in litigation, arbitrations, mediations, and contract disputes. Evident by his previous status as the President of the Chattanooga Bar Association and the Tennessee Bar Association, Mr. Bahner is a highly respected and exceptional knowledgeable attorney. He has extensive trial experience in the defense of large cases involving trade regulation, indemnity claims and other commercial lawsuits including complex contractual issues and trade regulations matters. An esteemed member of the legal community, Mr. Bahner is a founding Fellow of the Tennessee Bar Foundation and the Chattanooga Bar Foundation and a Life Fellow of the American Bar Association.

Beginning his career as a student at Carson-Newman College, Mr. Bahner earned a Bachelor of Science in 1954. He went on to obtain a Juris Doctorate from the University Of Virginia School Of Law in 1960.

In his free time, Mr. Bahner enjoys reading and photography. He is charitable towards the Orange Grove Center, School for the Handicapped. Every Sunday, Mr. Bahner teaches adult Sundayschool classes at the First Baptist Church of Chattanooga as well as holding a position on the financial committee.
