R. David Boyer II

R. David Boyer II is being recognized by Continental Who’s Who as a Pinnacle Top Attorney for his work as Partner and Attorney at Boyer & Boyer.

The members of this firm have backgrounds specifically in Litigation, Domestic and Corporate matters, Real Estate, Estate Administration and Estate Plans, Bankruptcy, Bank Representation, and Creditors Rights, as well as offering General Practice and Local Counsel Services. With over 20 years of experience in the field of law, Mr. Boyer has taken his experience and transformed it into an educational experience through acting as a Continued Legal Education Lecturer. He is a published author.  

Mr. Boyer attended Taylor University, where he graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in 1995. He later went on to attend Indiana University, earning his Juris Doctorates in 1998. Upon graduating, Mr. Boyer was admitted to the Northern District Indiana Court. He is also a member of the United States Court of Appeal for the 7th Judicial Circuit and United States Supreme Court.  

A member of many organizations, Mr. Boyer is currently the director of the Fox Island Alliance Board, the Associated Churches of Allen County, Harvester Missionary Church, Unity Performing Arts Foundation, the Allen County Bar Association, and the Mizuno Northern Indiana Elite. He is a delegate of the Indiana State Bar Association, a former president of the Allen County Bankruptcy Creditors Rights Section, and a Master of the Benjamin Harrison Inns of Court.  

When he is not in the office, Mr. Boyer enjoys spending time with his wife of twenty years, Anne, and their four children, and their children’s recreation in volleyball, baseball and basketball.
