Todd F. Flood

Todd F. Flood is recognized by Continental Who’s Who as a Pinnacle Top Attorney at the office of Flood Law PLLC.  

Specializing in matters involving civil litigation, employment, and federal or state criminal matters, Todd Flood is the managing partner of Flood Law, PLLC, a full service law firm that was established in 2002. Trying over 300 cases and with over 20 years of experience, Mr. Flood was previously designated as a Special Assistant Attorney General to prosecute cases in Oakland County and assist in prosecuting a pharmaceutical company. Prior to establishing Flood Law, Todd worked as an Assistant Wayne County Prosecutor. As a prosecutor, Todd litigated and tried a variety of cases ranging from homicides, complicated fraud cases, narcotics trafficking cases and criminal sexual conduct cases, to general crimes. Prior to leaving the Wayne County Prosecutor’s Office, he was promoted to Principal Attorney in charge of the Drug House Unit under Mike Duggan. While in the Drug House Unit, Todd successfully litigated against absentee landowners, including the DNR and mortgage holders, to clean up blighted houses that were used to sell narcotics.  

Throughout his education and training, Mr. Flood received his Juris Doctor degree from Toledo School of Law.  

To further his professional development, Mr. Flood is affiliated with the State Bar of Michigan.  

During his illustrious career, Mr. Flood earned the recognition amongst his peers as a Top Lawyer in the State of Michigan, A Fellow of the Michigan State Bar Foundation since 1984, a Fellow of the Oakland County Bar, recognition from Crain’s Detroit Business as a top lawyer, multiple awards in the Super Lawyers publication, and Lawyers Weekly Award as one of the Top Ten Lawyers of the Year in the State, along with many other honors and awards. Also, Mr. Flood was named one of Ambassador Magazine 2011 Power Brokers.
