Barbara A. Healy, MBA, PMP, CSM, is being recognized by  Continental Who’s Who for her Outstanding Contributions in  the field of Strategic Planning & Development in acknowledgment  of her role as the Founding Manager of Healy & O’Loughlin  Collaborations, LLC. 

An accomplished leader, Ms. Healy has over thirty-five years of  managerial experience. In her current capacity as founding  manager, she has innumerable responsibilities. While managing  fiscal responsibilities and developing a high performance team,  she is also in charge of developing and executing the essential  strategies, tactics, and tools for providing excellent goods and  services. She is a strategic planning and development executive,  alliance building collaborator, and operations and business process  professional. With over twenty years of professional experience in  digital marketing strategies, she developed the necessary skills for  owning a successful business. Healy & O’Loughlin Collaborations  has been open for nearly three years, having high profile clients  such as Cox Communications and DevCon. 

Prior to Healy & O’Loughlin Collaborations, Ms. Healy held  multiple prestigious titles. Most recently, she was the senior vice  president of Digital Operations at Tribune Digital/Tribune  Publishing where she was in charge of print and digital advertising  operations for over one hundred company owned and operated  websites. Highly knowledgeable in her field, she has extensive  experience in digital services, integrated/direct marketing,  advertising operations, pricing, CRM, product development,  business process management, project management, and  customer service. xxxxx  In light of a lifetime of accomplishments, Ms. Healy first received  a Master of Business Administration from the Keller Graduate  School of Management at DeVry University in 1997. Furthering  her education, she enrolled in additional graduate studies, earning  a Master of Arts in Corporate Communications from DePaul  University in 2007. Since, she has pursued several certificates  from prestigious institutions. Villanova University awarded her  certification in Business Process Management Professional and  Cornell University awarded her certification in Business Analytics  and System Thinking. 

A respected voice in Ms. Healy’s area of expertise, she is an  affiliate of the Chicago Chamber of Commerce and the National  Association of Professional Women. She is charitable towards  Alzheimer’s Association. 

In recognition of Ms. Healy’s professional achievements, the  National Association of Professional Women named her a VIP  Woman of The Year. 

Outside of work, Ms. Healy likes to vacation on the southern  tip of Mexico’s Baja California peninsula, Cabo San Lucas.
