Ms. McGraw has currently served 8 months Vice President, Merges and Acquisitions. Originally an investment banker with several years of experience of fixed income structuring for Northeast, Tobacco, Higher Education, Infrastructure, Toll Road, Grant Anticipation Revenue Bond and Surface transportation issuers, Ms. McGraw currently performs valuations and develops client relationships with owners of SaaS, Content, and E-Commerce businesses.

Ms. McGraw obtained a bachelor’s degree in Finance from Carnegie Mellon and is currently being a Master of Business Administration candidate at New York University Stern for May of 2020. Her expertise is in Mergers & Acquisitions, SaaS Content, E-Commerce, Credit Research Expertise, Public Finance, Investment Banking, Business Law, DBC Finance, Thomson SDC Platinum, Bloomberg, Credit Analytics and Financial Structuring.

When Ms. McGraw is not at work, she enjoys traveling, cooking, and making charitable contributions to the ASPCA.
