Rebecca Brooks is being recognized by Continental Who’s Who as a Pinnacle Lifetime Achiever in the field of Market Research Consults for her work as the Founder/CEO at Alter Agents.
A full service market research consulting agency, Alter Agents has redesigned research corresponding to the consumer habits of current age promiscuous shopper. In light of an increasing modern world, the company’s mission is to create an environment of immediacy and impermanence. The Alter team is composed of marketing and branding consultants who are focused on consumer experiences, such as the experience at retail stores, building of a brand, word of mouth, and overall product satisfaction. They have numerous well-known clients, including Hyundai who referred to the company as their go-to marketing firm and Buzzfeed who praised the company’s ability to reframe their approach through strategic thinking. Other high-profile clients include, but are not limited to, Google, eBay, and Yahoo, Viking River Cruises.
Ms. Brooks is an expert at market research, creative thinking, relationship building, and quantitative and qualitative research. Earlier in her career, she worked as an Analyst at AllPoints Research and Senior Project Director at Diagnostic Research. In January of 2000, she was hired as a Manager Partner at Hall and Partners USA. She remained in this position for nine years, becoming the Partner and Co-Founder at Dialogue in 2009. In February of 2010, she founded Alter Agents.
In recognition of educational endeavors, Ms. Brooks earned a Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology at William and Mary University. She furthered her education, enrolling in graduate coursework at Wake Forest University from 1995 to 1996.
Active in her community, Ms. Brooks is affiliated with Women In Research and Big Sister Big Brothers of Greater Los Angeles, where she has volunteered with children since 2010.
Out of all of her accomplishments, Ms. Brooks is especially proud of leading the expansion and upcoming launch of Shopper STAT; a new, groundbreaking tool for shopper intelligence research.
