Michael S. Stachowski

Michael S. Stachowski, C.P.A., is recognized by Continental Who’s Who as a Pinnacle Professional Member in the Accounting field. Professional Accounting Services provides tax and accounting to its clients. Partner at Professional Accounting Services, Stachowski specializes in the areas of audits management, IRS representation and tax compliance. “I began working with the firm in 2003,” Stachowski said. “My roles include audits, management advisory, corporate financial accounting, income tax planning, IRS and other representation, tax research and tax compliance. I also have considerable experience consulting with business owners on all aspects of business and financial planning from the small, private companies to the multi-million dollar corporation.” Additionally, Stachowski has experience with financial and tax accounting for mergers and acquisitions, foreign subsidiaries, foreign sales corporations, business valuations and accounting software setup and installation. He also serves as an expert witness in court. Throughout the course of his education and training, Stachowski earned his Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Business from the University of Missouri, and then went on to complete a Master’s degree in Accounting and Taxation – with high honors – also from the University of Missouri. He is a Certified Public Accountant, Certified Business Manager and Chartered Global Management Accountant, is also certified in Valuation Analysis and Financial Forensics, and is accredited in Business Valuations. To round out his impressive list of credentials, Stachowski is currently pursuing a Certificate in Financial Planning. To further his professional development, Stachowski is a member of the Missouri Society of C.P.A.s, the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts and Alliance of Merger and Acquisition Advisors. In recognition of his outstanding accomplishments in the field, Stachowski was nominated and became a member of the Sixth Congressional District Tax Reform Advisory Council. When not working, Stachowski enjoys spending time with his wife, Michelle and his children – Lane, Chloe and Bryson. He also enjoys sporting activities.
