Richard Parker Kendall, Ph.D., is being recognized by Continental Who’s Who as a Pinnacle Lifetime Achiever for the successes he has accrued as a Software Engineering Consultant at the Department of Defense.
The Department of Defense (DOD) is devoted to protecting the men and women who volunteer to serve the U.S. and protect American freedoms. DOD helps ensure the country’s security and provide military forces to prevent war. Dr. Kendall has served for the DOD for thirteen years.
Leading an impressive career in software engineering for twentysix years, Dr. Kendall has attained extensive experience in the development of software and software engineering in petroleum, oil, and gas. Before his current role, he served for the Department of Energy and the Army Corp Engineers as a part of the DOD.
In recognition of his academic achievements, Dr. Kendall attended the University of Texas for a bachelor’s degree and a master’s degree both in mathematics. He went on to attend Rice University where he received a doctorate degree in mathematics.
A frontrunner in his field, Dr. Kendall maintains affiliations with the SPE and IEEE.
In his spare time, Dr. Kendall enjoys opera. He regularly attends the Santa Fe Opera Company.
Dr. Kendall dedicates his success to his Ph.D. supervisor, Dr. Henry Rachford, and in loving memory of his 8th grade algebra teacher, Herman Grammar, who made algebra relevant to him.
