Dr. Constant Wong is recognized by Continental Who’s Who as a Pinnacle Professional in the field of Computer 
Software. Constant is the Chairman and Managing Director of Recursive Digital Management. Recursive Digital Management is a digital data compression technology that can compress any kind of data (random data), regardless of data type (graphics, video, or music types etc) repeatedly until it reaches the optimum level without any loss of data- which is the first of its kind in the world.
Dr. Wong specializes in the research and development of recursive lossless compression technology of random data, digital compression, software, strategic planning, and information technology. He is the inventor of a Chinese computer keyboard that is capable of inputting any of the 20,000 Chinese characters, both simplified and traditional, with a maximum of four keystrokes. In addition, he invented the Ten-keyed keypad, which is an input system for mobile phones that allows the user to reduce the number of keystrokes needed for a word by an average of two-thirds.
Outside of work, Constant enjoys fitness and music. Throughout his educational career, he earned a PhD in English and a Master of Arts Degree from Monash University, and a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Melbourne University.
