Deborah Banfield

Deborah Banfield is recognized by Continental Who’s Who as a Pinnacle Professional in the field of Legal Services as a result of her role as Partner with Morgan Melhuish Abrutyn. For nearly a century, Morgan Melhuish Abrutyn has forged a tradition of legal excellence. Since their inception in 1910, they have had steady and consistent growth. Known for their commitment to excellence and responsiveness to client needs, and borne out by their successes on behalf of the nation’s largest insurance companies and corporations, they have grown to over 45 attorneys representing thousands of clients directly and through their insurers.

In her current position, Deborah works closely with insurance law, such as automobile and motor carrier liability, including PIP and UM/UIM, construction defect, premises liability, product liability, subrogation and more. Additionally, Deborah is a Board Member and the Softball Chairperson of Bridgewater Baseball and Softball, and is affiliated with the Banfield Family Foundation, National MS Society, NJ Venom, St. Baldrick’s Foundation, TJ Martell Foundation, Valerie Fund, and the Avon Walk for Breast Cancer.

Throughout her educational career, Deborah earned a Juris Doctor from Capital University Law School, and a Bachelor of Arts, where she double majored in Political Science and Government from Lycoming College.
