Charles E. Rowe, Esq. is recognized by Continental Who’s Who in the field of Legal Services as an Attorney at Law 
with the firm of Rowe, Allen, Mullen, LLP. Throughout his 41 year career in the legal profession as a business attorney, Charles has acted as general legal counsel for more than 100 businesses. In addition, he has extensive experience in purchase and sale of business transactions.
A true testament to his dedication and professionalism, Charles maintains affiliation with the State Bar of California, Business and Tax Sections; American Bar Association, Business Law Section; and the San Diego County Bar Association. Charles served as a Chairperson with the Business Law Section from 1986-88 and 1997 -95, and was the Chairperson of the Attorney-Accountant Relations Committee from 1989-1994. Charles is also the Past Chairperson of the Board of Directors with Volunteers in Probation as well as a Past Member of the Board of Directors for Big Brothers of America.
Charles earned his Juris Doctorate with Honors from the University of San Diego School of Law and also holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree from San Diego State College.
