Carol Ann Tarter Peterson is recognized by Continental Who’s Who as a Pinnacle Professional in the field of Management Consulting as a result of her role as Owner and Independent Consultant with CATP Enterprises, Inc. With over thirty years of experience in management,  communications, marketing, and business development, Carol is an expert in the areas of proposal and grant development, business development, strategic planning, infrastructure development, program management, communications, marketing, technical writing, training and more.

She assists clients in change management control and integrated various business process reengineering efforts. Carol also has a proven track record of increased contract win ratios of 70-90%, as well as process improvements and economies-of-scale, operational- and cost-efficiency, higher quality consistency, increased revenue and profit, improved internal and external customer satisfaction.

Furthermore, Carol is a member of the National Association of Professional Women, and in her spare time enjoys gardening, dancing, gourmet cooking, antiques, traveling, and enjoying the Colorado environment.  

Throughout her educational career, Carol earned a B.A. anda M.Ed. in Education and Curriculum Development, Reading and Learning Disabilities, Communications, and Information Systems. She also holds Reading Specialist and Teaching Certifications from Colorado State University.
