Hal B. Howard, Jr. is recognized by Continental Who’s Who as a Pinnacle Professional in the field of Finance as a 
result of his role as a Retired Consultant with H.B. Howard CIC. Throughout his illustrious career, Hal has amassed over thirty-five years of experience in the field of investment management. In 1999, he established his own investment consulting firm where he worked with clients to meet their investment objectives by advising them and managing their portfolios. Prior to starting his own firm, Hal worked with T. Rowe Price, Inc. for twenty-five years where he occupied the positions of Vice President and Director.
Hal is a Certified Investment Counselor with a Master of Business Administration Degree from Harvard Business School. He also holds a Bachelor’s Degree in International Relations from Yale University. Hal is extremely philanthropic and dedicates his time as the Founder of the CrawfordHoward Foundation in Memphis, where he is also on the Board of Trustees of Elmwood Cemetery.
