Don K. Clark is recognized by Continental Who’s Who as a Pinnacle Professional in the field of Shareholder Advocacy as a result of his role as President with Ran, Mires, Clark and Associates. Ran, Mires, Clark and Associates is a shareholder advocacy group with a focus on shareholders and companies that have been defrauded. They help detect, analyze, and uncover fraud, and build strategies to mitigate such fraud and recover losses for their clients.
As a former FBI special agent in charge of FBI’s New York, San Antonio, and Houston field offices, Don has the experience and knowledge to help his clients to the fullest. An expert on white collar crime, counter terrorism, shareholder intelligence, forensic trading analysis, securities law infractions, securities class action lawsuits, and more, Don flourishes in uncovering the truth behind the investigations he works on. A major career accomplishment for him was his management and oversight of the investigation of the 1993 bombing of the World Trade Center in New York City, and he has also supervised numerous high profile FBI investigations including the 1979 Iranian Hostage Crisis where he handled the movement of the Shah of Iran from New York City to San Antonio and beyond.
In addition, Don says he wouldn’t be the person he is today if it weren’t for his mentors. Early in his career, he encountered two New York City FBI agents who provided him with opportunities when they encouraged him to take cases. In addition, he is inspired by his grandfather, a third grade graduate; was the “greatest man and most brilliant person he has ever known”. Don’s advice to anybody seeking careers in Law Enforcement is to be honest always, work hard, and to jump in and get the job done.
