Ellen J. Wasyl

Ellen J. Wasyl is recognized by Continental Who’s Who as a Pinnacle Professional in the field of Coaching and Leadership as a result of her role as Owner and President of Blue Ocean Leadership. Blue Ocean Leadership specializes in executive Coaching for individuals, small businesses and large corporations.  As Owner and President, Ellen works closely with strategy and strategic planning, leadership, coaching, change  management, leadership development, negotiation, business intelligence and more.

Ellen is responsible for building  collaborative teams and creating synergies in team based environments with a focus on shared purpose and interdependence, as well as creating successful and sustained  execution results through disciplined change management.  Furthermore, she is a member of NAPW, The Leukemia  and Lymphoma Society, and Voices of Our Future, and was 2013 Woman of the Year Candidate from The Leukemia and Lymphoma Society as well. She is also a member of  Leadership Program, The Growth Edge Network,and the Georgetown University Association. In her spare time, she enjoys reading and travel.  During the course of her educational career, Ellen attended Georgetown University.
