Patricia is licensed in Florida and Georgia and serves as an Accredited Buyer's Agent, Accredited Staging Professional, Certified Residential Specialist, and New Construction Specialist and has the new Military Residential Specialist and Green Designation. In her current position, she specializes in Commercial and Residential Real Estate as well as Training New Agents. As a result of her vast success within the field of Real Estate, Patricia has been recognized as the Number One ERA Broker in the state of Georgia, and was selected as a Finalist for Top Selling Broker in the  nation for 2007. In addition, she was named First in Customer Satisfaction for ERA in 2007, 2006 and 2008, "Best of the Boro" winner for Best Realtor, Honored as one of ERA's Top Agents of the Nation for the years 2005 through 2012. Her most recent awards include being named to the REBAC Hall of Fame and The Top 1000 Real Estate Agents named by Real Trends and Wall Street Journal for 2012, ranking 170 for number of Units sold. Patricia is a member of the Georgia Association of Realtors; National Association of Realtors; Statesboro Board of Realtors; and the Home Builders Association.
