Claude Saillant

Claude Saillant is recognized by Continental Who’s Who as a Pinnacle Professional in the field of Consulting as a result of his role as President and CEO of Stratmark Integra Inc.,  a firm specializing in strategic and applied  management with its major mission being to support organizations dealing with repositioning, strategic growth, company restructuring,  succession planning and merger challenges. With over 30 years of practical experience in operations and general management, Claude launched Stratmark Integra Inc. in 2001 to better serve clients in the field of Consulting. He aimed to create a company that reached beyond “cut and paste” processes and reports generated by typical consultants that use more of a theoretical and academic approach than real life problems. He currently specializes in the areas of Repositioning; Strategic Growth; Company Restructuring and turn around, Acquisitions; as well as Business Value creation initiatives for Shareholders. Claude is well known for his ability in the fields of Strategic development, Finance, Marketing, Mergers and Restructuring. He is dedicated to managing company changes and a specialist in optimization for companies’ shareholders. Before launching Stratmark, Claude was the Owner and Manager of a Quebec enterprise involved in the manufacturing of ultra-specialized paper with sales in 60 countries. From 1990 to 1997, Claude occupied

the positions of Vice president, Restructuring and VP/ General Manager, Strategic Initiatives – International Development and Technical Optimization for Domtar Inc. His positions prior to Domtar include a role as President of Noma Inc. (USA) in Tennessee and a place on the Board of Directors of Noma Industries Ltd. in Toronto. He was also appointed the Architect of Restructuring and Strategic Measures for Noma Outdoor Products, a company with revenues of $250 million (US). Previously, Claude was Director for BF Goodrich Canada, Chemical Group and was also Vice president, Integration in Akron Ohio. In this role, Claude successfully participated in structuring the merger between Uniroyal/Goodrich Tires and ultimately the sale to Michelin in 1986. Claude is a graduate of Laval University and attended several developmental activities at Harvard Business School. He is also a graduate of the Deming Quality program. Presently, he serves on the Board of Directors of numerous companies and acts as a strategic  advisor to several family companies.
