Francie Stoner, MT (ASCP) is recognized by Continental Who’s Who as a Pinnacle Professional in the field of Healthcare and Communications. Francie is CEO and Partner with DifCom Designs LLC, a transformative training organization in the field of Communication, retiring July 1, 2013 from Cerner Corporation as an Executive Senior Advisor with Cerner Corporation. She is also President of The
LAUGHH Foundation, (Live Abundantly Using Guided Helping Hands), a not-for-profit organization focused on helping people in need be all that they can be.
In her current role at DifCom Designs, Francie specializes training people to communicate, present and demonstrate in ways that differentiate an offering or idea from alternatives and motivate people to action. Her major program in the last two years was developing, delivering and building a team to deliver her workshops. Described as “Game-Changing” and ”Life-Changing”, her techniques work! Her background includes Transformation of Healthcare with Government Stimulus and Meaningful Use; Communications; Presentation Training; Philanthropy; as well as Fund Raising. With The LAUGHH Foundation, the initial focus is on healthcare missions with their first medical mission to Colombia in July 2014.
In 2011, Francie received two prestigious awards. In July, she was given the Soul of First Hand Award for her dedication and service to First Hand and the children they have helped. In September, she received the Kansas University Distinguished Alumni Award for the School for Allied Health (now Health Professions) for her dedication and success in serving the university, the field of Healthcare and people around the world. Additionally, Francie is a member of the WP4KU Women Philanthropists for KU Board; Weston Christian Church Elder and Choir; Weston Historical Museum Board of Directors; First Hand Foundation Board of Directors, and the C3 Missions International Healthcare Coordinators. Francie earned a B.A. in Microbiology from the University of Kansas, as well as a B.S. in Medical Technology from the University of Kansas Medical Center.
