Heart to Heart provides a higher level of care for seniors that incorporates compassion, dignity and respect at all stages of life and provides services that give families peace of mind when a loved one is too ill or disabled to care for him or herself.
As the Owner of Heart to Heart Seniors Services for 8 years, Agnes became involved in Healthcare because she saw a need for a higher level of care for seniors. She had a desire to provide services that give families peace of mind even at the most chaotic moments. Beginning her career with Heart to Heart after seeing an advertisement in a newspaper, she applied and started her career with the company. Six months later, the owner offered to sell her the business and she accepted. Since that time, Agnes has recreated Heart to Heart as her own and currently specializes in accounting; bookkeeping; customer service, providing patients with day to day care and companionship; educating employees; as well as forming partnerships and communicating with various hospitals and doctors’ offices.
Agnes is proud to say that in all of her years of business, no one has ever been on a wait list for care and she is often able to put a care plan in place within a few days of receiving a call for help. As her business has grown over the years, Heart to Heart has become a go-to resource for recommendations on many other aspects of elder care. The company and its employees can get clients connected to the help that they need quickly, even if it is not a service provided by Heart to Heart.
