Julie E. Bracken is recognized by Continental Who’s Who as a Pinnacle Professional in the field of Healthcare as a result of her 
role as Nurse specializing in Emergency Care. Currently, Julie is retired from the areas of emergency services, but is consulting with the Cook County Health and Hospitals Services. As a result of her experience and dedication to the field, Julie holds professional memberships with the Emergency Nursing Association; Heart Attack Alert Program of the Institutes of Health.
Julie earned her M.S. from Rush University and also holds a B.S. from Chicago State University.
