Theodore A. Kolb is recognized by Continental Who’s Who as Pinnacle Professional of the Year in the field of Legal Services as a result of 65 Years of Excellence as an Attorney.  Currently, Ted is an Attorney with the firm of Hanson Bridgett LLC., and has spent over 50 Years practicing Law in San Francisco.Ted specializes in all phases of probate law including

trust administration, estate planning and wills. He has substantial experience in civil litigation, corporate acquisitions and mergers. Ted is particularly well versed in the wine, lumber and construction industries. His clients have included Beaulieu Vineyard, Grgich Hills, Heublein and Petri Wines. He has also represented Crofoot Lumber Co., Geotek, Haas & Haynie, Pemco, Farrow Electric,Occidental Life Insurance, Harrah Industries, Stanray,

IC Industries, Abex Brakeline and Islands, Inc. In addition, Ted defended the Hawaiian Corporation and GAP class actions, as well as the theater anti-trust and the raisin anti-trust cases. Ted is a member of many prestigious professional organizations including the American Trust and  Estate Counsel, San Francisco Bar Association  (Director and Officer), State Bar of California,  (Vice-Chairman of the Conference of Delegates), American Bar Association (Member House of Delegates), Lawyers Conference (Chairman), Judicial Administration (Council), American Law Institute (Vice-Chair, ALI-ABA Committee of Continuing Education), Judicature Society, Federation of Insurance Counsel,

He also holds a B.A. from the University of San Francisco.
