John J. Lanc is recognized by Continental Who’s Who as Professional of the Year 2012-2013 among Professional Engineers and Land Surveyors as a result of over 40 Years of Excellence in the field. John is the Principal of Lanc & Tully Engineering and Surveying P.C., in Goshen, NY, a firm specializing in Civil Engineering and Land Surveying, providing consulting and design services for site development and land planning for private and municipal clients.
At Lanc & Tully, John is involved in design of Residential and Commercial Subdivisions, Site
Plans, preparation of Feasibility Studies, Technical Specifications, providing Consulting Engineering Services, Boundary and Topographic Surveys, as well as Construction Stake-Outs. Most recently, Lanc and Tully team completed the Orange County Medical Center project in 2011. He received his MS from Faculty of Civil Engineering of Czech Technical University and is licensed as Professional Engineer and Land Surveyor in New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania and Connecticut. He is a Fellow of ACSM, the past president of the Orange & Sullivan County Chapter of Professional Engineers, and a member of NSPE, ASCE, AWWA and several State Land Surveyors Associations.
