Heidi Tillquist is recognized by  Continental Who’s Who as a Pinnacle  Professional in the field of Environmental Consulting. Heidi is the National Pipeline Risk Assessment Coordinator for Stantec. Heidi has over 20 years of experience and specializes in Pipeline Risk Assessment; Environmental  Permitting and National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) Analysis; Coordination of Large Capital  Projects ranging from Pipeline, Mining, Power Plants, Oil and Gas Developments, to Solar Projects;  Evaluation of Water Quality Criteria, Pesticides, Heavy Metals, and Petroleum Hydrocarbons in the Environment; Working with Federal Regulators, such as the Bureau of Land Management and US Forest Service as part of the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA); as well as Expert Witness  Testimony and Public Speaking. In addition, Heidi has successfully permitted over 5,000 miles of pipelines, prepared over 30 separate Environmental Impact Statements and Environmental Assessments, and has worked in more than 20 states and Canada. Heidi earned her Master's Degree in Environmental Toxicology and Risk Assessment from Colorado State University. She holds additional certifications as a Wildlife Biologist and Fisheries Scientist.
