Ms. Pacheco is an innovative Human Resources Leader and Business Strategist with proven success aligning people, processes and goals with business strategy in complex matrix organizations. With a multinational leadership background, overseeing expansive employee populations across multiple locations in the US, Latin America, Caribbean, Europe, Asia and globally, Ms. Pacheco excels in building and restructuring HR organizations to meet evolving business priorities and vision. Having been inspired by her mother who was the first woman in her family who earned a professional degree in pharmaceutics and the top student in her class, Ms. Pacheco emphasizes the importance of connecting and understanding people’s needs. Ms. Pacheco focuses on connecting with her employees, and from that connection, works adamantly to assure that her employees actions fulfill the company’s promises to their customers

Early in her career, Ms. Pacheco attended the Universidad del Rosario where she obtained her Juris Doctor Degree in 1992. Later, Ms. Pacheco would go on to obtain her Masters Degree in Financial Law in 1994 and at Universidad de Los Andes in Commerce Law in 1995. Thereafter, Ms. Pacheco attained her Executive MBA in 2001. Ms. Pacheco attended Pontificia Universidad Javeriana where she earned her Master’s Degree in Labor and Security Law in 2005.

To further advance her professional career, Ms. Pacheco is a distinguished fellow of several elite organizations including the International Association of Women, Colombian School of Labor Lawyers, Healthcare Businesswomen’s Association and the Society for Human Resource Management.

Charitable to various organizations, Ms. Pacheco is a lively volunteer at Junior Achievement USA, St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, and the Dharma Foundation. Founding Member of Colombia’s Chapter Ellevate - Women Network. Ms. Pacheco is also extremely passionate about animal welfare

When she is not working, Ms. Pacheco enjoys playing the piano, spending quality time with her children, gardening, and traveling. Ms. Pacheco dedicates this recognition to her parents Amparo and Adolfo, her husband Rodrigo, and her children Juan Carlos, Diana, and Pablo.
