Kathleen Panning is recognized by Continental Who’s Who as a Pinnacle Lifetime Member in field of Consulting.
Founder of Aflame Ministry Consulting, amassing over thirty-five years as an ordained minister, Kathleen Panning is well versed in the problems that can arise in ministry operations. A ministry consulting firm, Panning has met with several ministers and community outreach leaders who are aware of similar concerns and tensions that can arise within ministry. A coach and consultant, Panning has attained extensive experience in resolving these conflicts and has offered her clients “clues, answers, and solutions to move them to a more effective and vibrant ministry.”
A Certified A-I-M Liberation Coach, Panning empowers people to embrace and more effectively use their God-given talent which enables them to find solutions and lessen misunderstandings. Panning prides herself on teaching ministry leaders how to deal with conflicts and communicate while respecting all parties. Panning’s mission is to provide ministries with the vision to sustain a love and faith based ministry while digging deeper and discovering their own individual God-given gifts.
Throughout the course of her education and training, Panning attained her Bachelor of Arts in Religion with minors in French and Music from Carthage College. Thereafter, Panning went on to pursue her Masters of Divinity in Biblical Studies, Theology and Pastoral Ministry from Luther Seminary.
To further her professional development, Panning is an affiliate of several organizations including the National Association of Professional Women. In her spare time, Panning enjoys spending time with her dogs, gardening, bird watching and reading.
Panning is a Fascinate Certified Advisor, a trained group facilitator, and the leader of a mastermind group for women who are faith leaders called “WITH Leadership” (Women’s Interfaith Transformational and Healing Leadership). Certified by the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America to serve as a chaplain in hospitals and long-term care facilities, Panning has served as a field education supervisor for over fourteen years. In her current capacity, Panning has hosted “the Aflame Ministry Consulting Show on EmpireRadioNow” and has interviewed twice with CUTV News Radio. Since Oct. 31, 2017, she has hosted a weekly radio show called “Aflame Ministry” on boldbravemedia.com and TuneIn Radio (search for BBM Global Network). A show for ministry leaders of all faiths, the show seeks to dispel misunderstandings and build bridges between faiths, plus discusses issues common to ministry of all faiths.
