Located in San Francisco, California, Ernest Brown & Company has served California for over thirty years. Dedicated to offering quality legal services, the firm is adept in handling matters with regards to Aviation, Civil Engineering, Elder Financial Abuse, Energy & Environmental, Engineering & Manufacturing, Government Contracts & Public Works, Heavy Construction, Industrial, Commercial and Residential Construction, Personal Injury, and more. In its current capacity, Ernest Brown & Company provides “national and international Mediation, Arbitration, Dispute Review Board and Special Master Services in the construction industry,” construction dispute, and personal injury representation.

Amassing over seven years of experience in the field of Law, McCall Baugh has attained extensive experience helping hundreds of injured clients obtain compensation for their losses. Throughout her career, Baugh has gathered experience in personal injury and construction law. In her current capacity as associate at Ernest Brown & Company, Baugh runs the personal injury aspect of the firm while bringing in those cases and working on every part of them personally. Baugh handles construction litigation matters. When asked her advice to newcomers in the industry, Baugh states “make connections. Do contract work for attorneys, meet and greet. If you put yourself out there, you develop referrals. It’s oftentimes not what you know, but who you know.”

Early in her career, Baugh attended Golden Gate University School of Law, where she received her Juris Doctor degree. Baugh became a licensed attorney in 2016.

Baugh served as second chair during her first jury trial in November of 2016 to further her professional development. She also is an affiliate of several professional organizations including Noticed, American Association for Justice, Consumer Attorneys of California, and San Francisco Trial Lawyers Association.

A distinguished scholar, Baugh served as editor of the publication “Local Management of Small UAS Traffic: A Path to Efficient Drone Operations. She also authored “An Unfulfilled Promise: How National Security Deference Erodes Environmental Justice” during her law school tenure.

When she is not working, Baugh enjoys watching the Golden State Warriors and spending time with her two dogs and 20 pound cat, Bosco. Baugh also enjoys watching sports, any and all of them, and reading crime fiction and military thrillers.
