With over six years of experience under her belt, Dr. Iulia Graf has become a trusted name in the industry. Previously, Dr. Graf has worked as research scientist in the Biomedical Engineering Department at the University of Texas. Dr. Graf has attained several years of experience in clinical vascular research, acquired at the School for Cardiovascular Diseases (CARIM), and Maastricht University. Having conducted several years of cardiac research from the Institute of Biomedical Engineering at Karlsruhe University located in Germany, Dr. Graf is affluent in patent, patent litigation, and in the development of various interdisciplinary techniques regarding biomedical, electromechanical, electrical systems, controls and software.
Early in her career, Dr. Graf attained her Ph.D. from the University of Karlsruhe, 2005, in Electrical and Information Engineering. In her previous years, obtained her Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Bucharest in 2002 where she majored in Physics.
Author of several published workers, to further her professional development, Dr. Graf is an elite member of several organizations including the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers, Biomedical Engineering Society and the Society of Women Engineers. Dr. Graf has served as a reviewer for several research foundations, including the National Institute of Health, Netherlands Organization for Scientific Research, and the German Research Foundation.
When not working, Dr. Graf enjoys running, hiking, swimming and traveling
