A frequent speaker for industry organizations, Mr. Peters has authored and co-authored various legal guides and numerous industry articles. Before starting his career, Mr. Peters attained his Juris Doctor degree from Hastings, and a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of California Riverside. In his previous years, Mr. Peters obtained his undergraduate degrees from Pepperdine University.

To further advance his professional career, Mr. Peters has served on numerous committees within the Department of Real Estate, including the DRE Homeowners Task Force, Subdivision Advisory Resource Group, Subdivision Advisory Committee, California Association of Community Managers and the Community Association Institute.

Charitable to various organizations, Mr. Peters has served as an active volunteer mentor to high school students in charter schools.

In recognition of his professional accolades, Mr. Peters was the recipient of the 2015 Litigator Award, and named in the San Diego Business Journal as “Best of The Bar.” Additionally, Mr. Peters was named by San Diego Attorney Journal as Attorney of the Month, recognized in the Super Lawyers 2015 magazine, and named as one of San Diego’s top trial attorneys.
