Drake, P.C. is a full-service bankruptcy practice representing debtors in consumer and business Chapter 7 cases, family farmers in Chapter 12 cases, and troubled businesses in Chapter 11. Having gathered over 39 years of experience in the field of law, Anna W. Drake has established herself as an illustrious professional in the industry. Throughout her career, Drake has attained extensive expertise in the areas of Bankruptcy Law.

Early in her career, Drake attended the University of Utah S.J. Quinney College of Law, where she attained her Juris Doctor degree. Drake previously graduated Phi Beta Kappa and magna cum laude from the University of Utah with her Bachelor of Arts degree.

In an effort to further advance her professional development, Drake is affiliated with several distinguished organizations including Phi Beta Kappa and Phi Kappa Phi. She was a William H. Leary Scholar, and she served on the Panel of Trustees of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Utah from 1981-1983. Additionally, Drake is an esteemed member of the Salt Lake County and American Bar Associations, Utah State Bar, American Bankruptcy Institute, and Utah Bankruptcy Lawyers Forum. She has been selected as a Mountain States Super Lawyer by Law & Politics Magazine from 2007 to 2017 and is recognized as one of Utah’s Legal Elite by Utah Business since 2008. Ms. Drake has an AV rating from Martindale-Hubbell.

Charitable to various organizations, Drake is an avid supporter of the Alzheimer’s Foundation, Autism Speaks, and the American Lung Association.

When she is not working, Drake enjoys spending quality time with her family and grandchildren Sydney, Brandon and Walker, reading, kayaking, and visiting her family cabin.
