Having retired in January 2014 after working thirty-three years in Corporate Americas leading Telecommunications Company ATT Telecommunications, in her previous capacity Beverley M. Vaughn has served as an Account Manager to several Global Fortune 500 Companies including Travelers, Credit Suisse, Anthem Blue Cross, and Bayer Pharmaceutical. Throughout her career, Vaughn has attained extensive expertise as a motivational speaker, empowerment specialist, and trainer. A faith based life coach at high schools, colleges and universities; Vaughn is revered for her outstanding contributions to the field.

In an effort to further enhance her professional development, Vaughn is an esteemed member of several organizations including the National Association of Professional Women. Board member at Beulah Heights Social Integration Program which helps the homeless and those recently released from incarceration to re-enter society, Vaughn is a prominent speaker at both men and women’s correctional institutions domestically and has spoken in women’s correctional institutions internationally. In addition, Vaughn has also spoken in facilities for the elderly and in homeless shelters.

A published scholar, Vaughn is author of her own personal blog entitled, “Awakening Initiatives.” She is also a book author with titles, “Ready Aim Purpose”, “Be Ye Transformed”, and “Stewardship Basics.”

When she is not working, Vaughn enjoys traveling and volunteering in the local prisons.
