James S. Brady is recognized by Continental Who’s Who as a Pinnacle Lifetime Member in the field of Law in recognition of his role as Managing Member with Dykema. Having served the Grand Rapids, Michigan area for the past eighty-five years, Dykema is a nationally serving law firm. Dedicated to offering quality service, the firm specializes in offering their clients services within the areas of business services, environmental law, government policy and practice, immigration, labor and employment, real estate, taxation and much more. With over thirteen locations, the firm strives to build a relationship with their clients built on trust and support. Amassing over forty-nine years of experience in the field of Law, Brady has served in his current capacity with Dykema for six years. Throughout his career, Brady has attained expertise within the areas of commercial litigation and white collar crime as well as government investigations and corporate compliance issues. In recognition of his professional accolades, Brady was recognized as “Lawyer of the Year” in Grand Rapids for Criminal Defense - Non-White-Collar by Best Lawyers® for 2015. In addition, Brady was honored as a Michigan Leading Lawyer in the areas of Commercial Litigation and Criminal Defense: White Collar Law by the Leading Lawyers Network from 2014-2016. The recipient of the 2015 Distinguished Alumni Award from Western Michigan University and 2015 the Marion Hilligan Award from Western Michigan University’s Cooley Law School, Brady has gained consecutive recognition by Michigan SuperLawyers and The Best Lawyers in America. Throughout the course of his education and training, Brady began his educational career with an undergraduate degree in Political Science, History and Education from Western Michigan University. Thereafter, Brady went onto attain his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Notre Dame. To further his professional development, Brady is an affiliate of several organizations including the Federal Bar Association, State Bar of Michigan Judicial Crossroads Task Force, Grand Rapids Bar Association, American Association for Justice, National Association of Former United States Attorneys, Michigan Association for Justice and the American Inns of Court. In his previous years, Brady served on the Board of Directors for the Western Michigan University Foundation. Brady dedicates this recognition to his wife, Catherine.
