Dedicating to empowering women to become young entrepreneurs, the company prides themselves in making one hundred percent of their products within the United States. Offering one hundred percent cotton and recyclable materials, the company’s products are handmade and made in the Colorado area. The fashion mogul hopes to provide an easy to wear, minimalist option and notes that their skirts are, “fully reversible, and you can go from one event to another and change your look completely without fuss.” In promoting a two skirts in one approach, the company hopes to inspire young women by igniting and encouraging creativity and positive image. In this capacity, she has assisted in inspiring other females, and supports women by helping them run start-ups and fashion groups. To further her professional development, Babiak is a member of the National Association of Professional Women, stands against domestic violence and is an ambassador of all women’s rights.
