Throughout the course of his educational career, Garrity attained his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Master of Business Administration in Management Economics from Manmouth University. Later, he then went onto receive his Master of Public Administration and DPA in Public Administration from the University of Southern California. Author of several books, Garrity recently published, American Learnership:The Re-Invigoration of America through Total Learning, Knowing, and Leading as a Mindful Way-of-Bring (ALF Press).
