Priscilla Rose is recognized by Continental Who’s Who as a Pinnacle Lifetime Member in the field of Consulting as a result of her role as CEO of The Genysys Group. A Management Consulting for Small Businesses and Start-Ups, The Genysys Group is a consulting firm that works with both individuals and organizations in helping them find workplace solutions. A frontrunner in the industry, the firm believes that all businesses are heading in either one of two directions, toward decline or towards serious change. The company uses the concept of VISION, where they facilitate in assisting organizations in translating their dreams into a reality. Amassing ten years of industry experience, Rose has served in her current role as CEO of The Genysys Group for eight years. When asked her advice to newcomers in the consulting world, Rose states, “Managing is not leading” and “change starts personally through initiative.” Citing her mentor, Raymond P. Rood, Rose attributes her success to her “persistence and patience.” A change agent in the consulting industry, Rose has specialized in the areas of Change Management; Executive Consulting; Leadership Search and Placement; Organizational Development and Management; Strategic Human Resources and Training and Development. Furthermore, Rose specializes in Performance Development, Employee Engagement, Managing Diversity and Generational Dynamics. To better assist her clients, Rose offers support to managers as, “they work to develop and retain a diverse workforce, including navigating the challenges of inter-generational dynamics.” In addition, she assists “key stakeholders as they identify organizational components influencing employee engagement at work.” Throughout the course of her educational pursuits, Rose attended Azusa Pacific University, where she attained both her Master’s degree in Business (Human and Organizational Development) and Bachelor of Art in Communication Studies from the university. In collaboration with her colleagues at the Genysys group, Rose is currently writing a book which focuses on those who have, “dared to take the leap by going through Genysys’ signature process, Strategic Futuring.” In it, she hopes to inspire both groups and individuals to foster new transformational ideas in the workplace.
