Candice J. Templeton is recognized by Continental Who’s Who as a Pinnacle Professional Member in the Real Estate field. Templeton’s professional title is General Partner/Realtor at Flip Side Home Renewal, LLC, an affiliate of Berkshire Hathaway Real Estate. She has worked in this position for the past three years and brings expertise in real estate investing, sales, renovations, farms and house properties, to her role. “My company buys, renovates and resells distressed properties in the hopes of revitalizing neighborhoods and slowing down the expansion of new builds into our rapidly diminishing farm lands,” Templeton said. “We also take pride in using small, local contractors in an effort to encourage small business growth and help independents to establish a reputation for good craftsmanship.” “As a result of our expanding business and in an effort to cut costs, it was decided last year by the company that one of Flipside’s three partners needed to become a real estate agent,” Templeton continued. “I was elected...while I was out of the room... and so began my real estate career with Berkshire Hathaway Homesale Realty.” Templeton earned her Associate’s degree in Business Administration and Management from Harrisburg Area Community College, her Liberal Arts and Sciences and General Studies and Humanities degree from Penn State University, her Bachelor of Science degree in Communications from the University of Maryland University College and her Master’s degree in the Science of Elementary Education and Teaching from Drexel University. To further her professional development, Templeton is a member of the National Association of Realtors. When not working, she volunteers her time with the Humane Society, is a member of the Twin Brooks Horse Show Association and previously served as the Assistant Choir Director at the Holy Name of Jesus School in 2004. Additionally, Templeton enjoys spending time with her family and her animals – specifically her horse. She dedicates this recognition to her husband Jay Templeton for his love and support.
