Jeffrey S. Hall

Jeffrey S. Hall is recognized by Continental Who’s Who as a Pinnacle Professional Member in the Estate Planning and Elder Law legal field. Mr. Hall is the founding and principal attorney at the Law Office of Jeffrey Mr. Hall, Inc. His practice also includes asset protection involving the formation of corporate and LLC entities to protect personal wealth and limit litigation risks, as well as pro bono legal services. In addition to his legal work, Mr. Hall recently retired as a Commander from the U.S. military after a combined 25 years of reserve service. He served in both the Air Force and the United States Coast Guard. Mr. Hall earned his Bachelor of Science degree from Saint Mary’s College of California. He then went on to complete a Master of Business Administration degree in Accounting and Taxation from the Ageno College of Business at Golden Gate University in San Francisco, as well as his Juris Doctor from JFKU College of Law. He is also a Certified Public Accountant in the State of California, and frequently appears in Superior Court with regard to estate planning matters. To further his professional development, Mr. Hall is a member of the California State Bar Association; the Contra Costa County Bar Association; the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys; the American JAG Association; the American Law Society; the American Trusts and Estates Section of the State Bar of California; and the U.S. Judge Advocates Association. In recognition of his outstanding accomplishments in the legal field, Mr. Hall received the Hero Award from the AIDS Legal Referral Panel of San Francisco for zealous advocacy serving people with various disabilities. He has also been featured in Top Attorneys of North America. When not working, he enjoys skiing and hiking.
