Joseph Guida

J oseph Guida is recognized by Continental Who’s Who among Pinnacle Professionals in the field of Construction. His professional title is President of Patterned Concrete Ontario, Inc. and Patterned Concrete Industries, Ltd. In business for over 30 years, Patterned Concrete Ontario specializes in the design and installation of decorative concrete finishes for the residential, commercial and industrial construction industries. As of 2013, Joseph acquired Patterned Concrete Industries, Ltd., which franchises contractors throughout North America under the trademark brand Patterned Concrete. Inspired by his family’s history in the industry, Joseph has been President of the business for 25 years. Throughout the course of his esteemed career, he has become a noted expert in architectural decorative concrete, hardscaping, project management, franchising and staff management.

The recipient of the Executive of The Year in Construction award, Joseph maintains affiliations with the ACI Association, ASCC/DCC, CSC and the Toronto Construction Association. Aside from the demands of work, he enjoys golf and fishing. Joseph studied Engineering at Seneca College of Applied Arts and Technology. Looking into the future, Joseph would like to continue to expand the franchise on both a national and international level.
