Bridget Folk

Bridget Folk is recognized by Continental Who’s Who among Pinnacle Professionals in the field of Construction. She serves as the Human Resources and Recruitment Manager at Romanoff Corp. Established in 1992, Romanoff Corp was founded by Matthew Romanoff, after he left his family business. Determined to have his own company, he single-handedly created Romanoff Corp, and it began to flourish throughout the 1990s. Romanoff Corp has since expanded, and is now credited as a regional supplier for both commercial and residential electrical services. In her role, Bridget works in the areas of benefits administration, employee relations, human resources, policy development, leadership, recruiting, new hire orientations and staff training. An integral asset to the team, Bridget keeps up with the latest in the industry through her memberships with the American Management Association, the National Women’s Construction Network, the Builders Exchange and the National Association of Professional Women. Outside of work, she enjoys cooking, reading and spending time with her family and puppy. Bridget graduated from Ohio University with her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology.
