Tracy Phillips is recognized by Continental Who’s Who as a Pinnacle Professional in the field of Financial Services as a result of her role as Director, Valuations Operations with Fannie Mae. A leader in residential mortgage credit services, Fannie Mae allows families to rent, buy, or refinance a home by establishing the foundation for successful mortgage refinancing. With over twenty-five years of experience in the industry, Tracy has held officer level positions with several companies including EMC Mortgage, First American, Homeward Residential, and as President of Power Valuation.

She is currently serving as Director, Valuations for the last three years with Fannie Mae. Priding her success on her willingness to explore and adapt to new ideas as the industry changed, her areas of concentration include: asset management, mortgage lending and loan origination, servicing and mitigation as well as operations, vendor and systems management.
