He established and built the Mzuzu Academy, a high school in Malawi, Africa which has become a focal point of the community. The school has recently added an elementary unit to the facility. Through his involvement with the Arizona State University College of Law Society, Richard has developed programs of outreach to several African countries such as Botswana and Malawi.
