To keep abreast of the latest in the industry, Kelli maintains affiliation with the American Bar Association, New York Bar Association, National Association of Professional Women and Association of Corporate Counsel.

Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with family and giving back to charities including Meals on Wheels and Habitat for Humanity. Reflecting on her collegiate career, Kelli graduated from Colgate University with her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science.
