Comprised of a staff with a combined seventy years experience, the team at Paradie Sherman Walker & Worden possess both the knowledge and background to take on any case to attain favorable outcomes for their clients. Utilizing her expertise in general civil litigation, criminal defense, domestic relations, employment discrimination and more, Heather has been in the legal industry for the past fourteen years.
An integral asset to the firm, she serves as a guardian ad litem and guardian and conservator for family cases in probate court. Recognized by Top 40 Under 40 National Trial Lawyers, Heather was presented by SuperLawyers of New England as a 2012 Rising Star and states her key to success is the collegiality among bar members and fellow colleagues. She is currently on the Board of Directors for the Maine Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers and the organization Boys to Men.
Additionally, Heather is a member of the Maine Trial Lawyers Association and the Androscoggin and Cumberland County Bar Associations.
